Welcome to Open Peek Media. By booking services, accessing our website, or working with us in any capacity, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Open Peek Media provides professional photography, videography, drone, and related media services. All services are delivered based on the scope agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed at the time of scheduling.. Full payment is due before or at the time of the shoot unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change at any time; confirmed bookings will retain the agreed-upon rate.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations and requests to reschedule must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot, otherwise the booking may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be handled with flexibility whenever possible. No-shows may be charged the full session fee.

4. Turnaround Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on the service and project scope. Estimated turnaround times will be communicated at booking. Open Peek Media is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.

5. Usage & Copyright
Open Peek Media retains the copyright to all media unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients are granted a license to use delivered media for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes related to their business. Media may not be sold, altered, or redistributed to third parties without written permission. Open Peek Media reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring properties, subjects, and locations are ready at the scheduled time. Open Peek Media is not responsible for missed shots due to unprepared spaces, restricted access, or delays outside our control.

7. SMS Notifications & Communications
By providing your phone number during booking, registration, or through direct communication with Open Peek Media, and by opting in, you consent to receive SMS (text message) communications from Open Peek Media, from (800) 780-1181, regarding account notifications, delivery notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us at (800) 780-1181 or tjmilligan@openpeekmedia.com. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties.
SMS messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, reminders, service-related notifications, and other information directly related to the services you have booked with Open Peek Media.
Message frequency will vary depending on your bookings and interactions with our team and will be limited to service-related communications only.
SMS consent is obtained directly from the client through the booking process, registration forms, or direct communication with Open Peek Media. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.​

8. Liability
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work, Open Peek Media is not liable for damages, loss, or issues beyond our reasonable control, including weather, equipment failure, or third-party interference. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
